1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bro28 website accessible at https://bro28.cam, including all associated pages, tools, features, games, and services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by an individual Member on the Platform.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on bro28 and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Balance" means the total Rupiah (IDR) amount held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts (subject to separate wagering requirements).
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Member's Balance consisting exclusively of deposited funds and confirmed winnings, excluding any bonus amounts subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by bro28 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Member must complete before a Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures bro28 applies to all withdrawal requests and as required by internal compliance standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law, regulatory order, or bro28's internal policy.
• "Sports Betting" includes all forms of wagering on sporting events offered through the Platform, including but not limited to football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the bro28 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bro28 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register Accounts on bro28.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bro28 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or technology partners.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Indonesia. You may not use the Platform if you have been declared legally incompetent or are subject to any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract.
• You may only hold one (1) Account on bro28. Registering multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of services on bro28, you must register an Account by providing the information requested during the registration process. By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number — must be accurate, complete, and current at all times.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). bro28 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You must notify bro28 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• bro28 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at any time without prior notice if, in bro28's sole discretion, the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 are not satisfied, or if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Each Member is permitted to register only one Account. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bro28 will close the duplicate Account(s), void any bets placed from such Accounts, and may withhold or forfeit any associated balances pending investigation.

4KYC Verification

bro28 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with its internal anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention standards. The following KYC provisions apply to all Members:

• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. Members who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and wager, but withdrawal access will be withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• bro28 may request, at any time and at its sole discretion, the following documents: (a) government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM); (b) proof of address dated within 3 months; (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits; (d) a selfie photograph with the Member holding their identification document.
• All documents submitted for KYC purposes must be originals or certified copies. Altered, edited, or forged documents constitute fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
• bro28 will process KYC document reviews within 3 business days of receipt of all required documents. Members will be notified via email at the address registered on their Account.
• bro28's KYC procedures are designed to protect the integrity of the Platform and safeguard all Members. Cooperation with KYC requests is a condition of continued Account access.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bro28 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian Members: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change at bro28's discretion with reasonable notice.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's Account upon confirmation of receipt. bro28 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• bro28 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which bro28 accepts no liability.
• bro28 reserves the right to request documentary evidence linking any deposit method to the Account holder as part of KYC or fraud prevention procedures.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be requested by Members who have completed KYC verification in full.
• bro28 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• bro28 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page of the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests that trigger automated risk-management checks may be subject to additional review of up to 48 hours. Members will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to extended review.
• Funds derived from fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity will be withheld and may be reported to relevant Indonesian authorities.

6Bonuses and Promotions

bro28 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on the Platform:

• Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are credited to a Member's Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the applicable offer terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.
• bro28 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. bro28 further reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited to a Member's Account where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinating play with other Members to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or exploiting any error or technical fault in the Platform — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonuses are available to eligible Indonesian residents only. bro28 reserves the right to restrict bonus availability based on geography, payment method, or account status.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the bro28 Platform across all product categories, including but not limited to sports betting (bandar bola — online football bookmaking), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery draws), casino games, and live dealer games:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. bro28 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• bro28 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was materially affected by information not available at the time the market was offered — including but not limited to match abandonment, technical errors in odds publication, or the occurrence of force majeure events.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the official result published by the relevant sports body, game provider, or draw authority shall be determinative. bro28's decision on all disputed outcomes is final and binding.
• Maximum bet limits and minimum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the Platform. bro28 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet available to any individual Member at its sole discretion, including but not limited to Members identified as sharp or professional bettors.
• bro28 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or product. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may temporarily affect product availability.

8Responsible Gaming

bro28 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions to existing limits take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 72-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum permissible net loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure maximum continuous play session durations with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Reality-Check Reminders: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals showing current session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary self-exclusion for periods of 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bro28 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, potential permanent Account closure, and forfeiture of associated balances:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any other automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 6 above.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true location.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your Account.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the bro28 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, brand assets, audio, video, and the compilation and arrangement of all such content — is the exclusive property of bro28 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any bro28 intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without bro28's prior written consent.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bro28 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any component thereof, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or any other cause beyond bro28's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data, odds, or market information displayed on the Platform.

In all circumstances, bro28's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Suspension and Termination

bro28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Identification of the Account holder as under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the Account holder is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed by bro28 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method within 10 business days, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on record.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by bro28's licensing jurisdiction. bro28 acknowledges that its primary user base consists of residents of Indonesia and has structured its services and responsible gaming framework to be appropriate for Indonesian adults aged 21 and over.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your personal compliance with all applicable local laws. bro28 provides its services to users on the basis that each user has independently verified the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction prior to registration.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through bro28's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body designated by bro28's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

14Amendments to These Terms

bro28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material amendments are made, bro28 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
